My next career step was in the Auto Manufacturing Business. While in that occupation, I went to College for Mechanical Engineering Degree. In 1982 I moved from the Midwestern area of this wonderful country of ours, and started a Mechanical Contracting Business which I still own and am fully participating in running. I have sold Residential Properties, primarily from Seller owned to Lender and HUD owned. I have worked and represented both Sellers and Buyers.
